REWARD BA! - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 31st March 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the Reward BA! program (the "Program") and your use of a rewards account ("Account"). By enrolling in the Program or using your Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. Reward BA! ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, so please review them periodically for updates.

1. Membership

  • Eligibility: You are eligible to participate in the Program if you are at least 18 years old.

  • Enrollment: Enrollment requires downloading our mobile app, Reward BA!, from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, including any OTP (One-Time Password) and security questions. All activity under your Account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security to us immediately.

  • One Account Per Person: Only one Account is allowed per person. Duplicate Accounts may be merged, suspended, or terminated.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration and to keep your details updated through your Account settings.

  • Updating Mobile Number: To change your registered mobile number, you must contact our customer support team via the "Feedback" form in the app, by emailing feedback@badaling.com.sg, or by calling +65 6478 7898 during business hours. For security purposes, this change cannot be performed directly in the application and requires identity verification.

  • Account Deletion: To request Account deletion, you must contact our customer support team through the same channels as listed above. Account deletion will result in the permanent loss of all Points and any unused Vouchers.

2. Earning Points/Rewards

  • Earning Methods: You can earn Points by making qualifying purchases with our partners.

  • Qualifying Purchases: Qualifying purchases exclude taxes, tips, gift cards, shipping fees, final sale items, and items bought using promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • Point Accrual Rate: The point accrual rate is 1 point for every $1 spent.

  • Bonus Points: Occasionally, bonus Points may be offered for special promotions. These will be communicated with specific terms, durations, and conditions.

  • Point Value: Points are not cash-redeemable, have no monetary value, and are non-transferable.

  • Point Expiration: Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned on a rolling basis.

  • Verification: We may verify transactions and member activity. We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse Points if fraudulent activity or error is suspected.

  • Returns/Adjustments: Points earned on returned purchases will be deducted from your Account. A negative balance must be corrected before further redemptions.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for Vouchers usable at participating partner merchants.

  • Redemption Values: Voucher values and required Point amounts will be shown in the mobile app and are subject to change without notice.

  • Redemption Restrictions:

    • Voucher Usage:Valid only at listed partner locations available in the app and website.

    • Minimum Purchase:A minimum spend may be required to use a Voucher, as stated in the application.

    • Voucher Expiry:Vouchers are valid until the expiry date indicated. Expired Vouchers will not be honored.

    • No Cash Back:No cash or credit will be given for partially used Vouchers.

    • Voucher is Non-Transferable:Vouchers are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.

  • Reward Availability: We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any reward option without notice.

  • Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees when using Vouchers.

  • No Refunds/Exchanges: Redeemed Vouchers are final. In cases of system error or misprocessing, Points may be credited back at our discretion.

4. Program Changes and Termination

  • Modification: We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, these Terms, Point accrual rates, redemption values, and rewards without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes through our application or by email.

  • Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your Account and forfeit all Points if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Program.

  • Termination by You: You may leave the Program anytime by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all unused Points are forfeited immediately. However, already issued Vouchers remain valid until their expiry date, subject to these Terms.

5. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available in the Reward BA! mobile app. By using the Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reward BA! is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from your use of or participation in the Program. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Program.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and related services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore law, without reference to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to this Term and Condition

We may update this term and conditions periodically. Changes will be posted within our application or website, and we will notify you where legally required.
